Cancellation policy: We would request you to cancel the reservations 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid 01-night penalty charges, No- Show reservation will incur 01-night charge plus applicable taxes as penalty charges.

Please note these term and condition not applicable on BLACK OUT DATES & PERIOD.

COVID 19 GUIDE LINE

Note: In light of the current situation, the hotel has implemented precautionary hygiene measures across our hotels based on instructions received from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on the guidelines for prevention of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. “As per the recent directives received from the Government of INDIA, All guests originating or arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala are Mandated to carry a Negative Covid RT-PCR report which has been conducted within 72 hours of their travelling to Uttar Pradesh. A copy of the report has to be submitted at the hotel at the time of arrival on mandatory basis”.

Swimming pool is closed till further notice.

We would also like to inform you that as per guidelines received from the Ministry of Health and Family welfare and subsequent guidelines received from local administration the following restrictions are to be followed by all guests.

  1. The check in of Guests is subject to him/ her having no symptoms of Fever, Cough, Cold etc. which may or may not be asymptomatic to COVID 19.
  2. As per recent UP Government guidelines Swimming pool, Spa & Gym is closed till further notice.
  3. It is mandatory for the Guest to have Covid –tive report with them if travelling from COVID 19 Effected State.
  4. Guests will have to mandatorily show the Arogya Setu App on arrival and have to fill up the health declaration form.
  5. No outside food will be allowed in the hotel.
  6. Visitors will not be allowed on Floors/ Guests rooms.
  7. The Guests will not be allowed to go to the containment zone. The information regarding the containment zone can be obtained from the reception on a daily basis.
  8. Temperature in rooms have been controlled to 24-30 degree Celsius as per directives from Ministry of Health in order to prevent the spread of virus.

In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request all guests share their Photo ID’S mentioned below at least 24 Hours In advance of arrival and to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhaar card or Bank Pass Book with Photograph.

Standard Check OF Hotels is 14.00 Hrs and Check out time is 12.00 Noon.

* We will send the strong request to hotel to provide king size bed / twin bedded room / Adjoining rooms / interconnected rooms / Smoking / Non – Smoking / higher floor , but don’t take this email as guarantee as all listed special requests are subject to availability at the time of check In.

*For reasons beyond our control sometimes some activities may not be available.

*Please bring your own towels and costumes for pool use.

Confirmation and cancellation policy

  • Booking is considered confirmed only, when payment is received in advance. For any reason if some amount remains to be unpaid like increase in Minimum Guarantee, etc. Please note that the same will be paid at the time of Check-in formalities; otherwise, the package will not begin.
  • 100% retention charge will apply for all other cancellations.
  • Any advance received against the event would not be refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

LESS THAN 72 HOURS OR NO SHOW: NO REFUND

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

No – Show Policy

  • Should there be a No Show on the rooms booked and confirmed will be charged a retention fee

Remarks

  • Please read the contents carefully and seek clarification in writing, before the package is finalized. Please also share the package details with other group members, to ensure clarity on inclusions.

T&C

  • Own food/drinks or any service from outside is not allowed inside the premises. At any time if any item is noticed, the same will be kept in Resort locker and returned to the guest at Check-out time.
  • Any activity/service not covered in the package will be provided at extra cost, if possible.
  • All meals at the Hotel / resort follow a fixed time schedule. Guests are requested to maintain the schedule at all times. The Hotel /resort management reserves the right to decline services or levy additional charges in case the guests do not avail of their meals within prescribed timings.
  • Any damage caused to the property including trampling of plants is chargeable.
  • Guests are requested not to allow their maids and drivers in resort guest areas. All services such as accommodation and /or meals for maids and drivers will be provided subject to availability and will be at additional cost.
  • Please carry a copy of your ID Proof to be submitted at the Resort/Hotel at the time of Check-in formalities.

Minimum Guarantee

It refers to the minimum number of persons to be paid for. In case the actual number of attendees on the day of event is less than the MG, there will be no refund of any kind because the preparations for the event have been made by the Event Organizer according to the MG. The Guest is allowed to bring only 10% more persons than the MG on extra payment basis.
Please note: in case the number exceeds more than 10% of MG, food / Room may run short. You are, therefore; advised to increase the MG at least 21 days prior to the event with payment.

Payment Terms

order to confirm the Event or Group on guarantee basis, we request you to kindly process the token advance of 90% & Balance amount within 7 days from the Check out or event date. The payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Cheque

INPUT TAX CREDIT

As conveyed to your organization in our earlier communication, should your company wish to claim Input Tax Credit on our invoices, please ensure that the relevant GSTIN number along with the appropriate invoicing details are communicated to us at the time of booking. It is important to note that the procedure set by the GST Network require us to upload invoice with GSTIN numbers prior to check out or event dates. We may not be able to amend invoices after check out or event dates.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Users availing services from SUGO INDIA shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of SUGO INDIA shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that SUGO INDIA acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to “as is” and “as available” basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, SUGO INDIA shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.

The user agrees that there can be “Force Majeure” circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers etc being not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event SUGO INDIA shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

SUGO INDIA, hereby, disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
